Peoplesoft Developer
Owings Mills, MD
Permanent
Performs design, planning, coding, testing, and delivery of Peoplesoft HRMS functional and technical specifications and designs in order to meet business requirements and departmental standards.
Develops and maintains technical knowledge through training, classes, research, etc.
Qualifications
Required: This position requires a BA/BS in computer science with 5-7 years of experience, or total equivalent experience in at least 5 of the following:
Functional and technical (SQR programming experience) supporting Peoplesoft HRMS / Payroll / ELM applications (versions 8.X or higher) and PeopleTools 8.1x or higher.
Must have developed test scripts and test cases related to custom code development. This includes all functional and technical design documentation related to the software modifications.
Experience using Unix Shell Scripts, Unix Server to NT messaging.
Experience working with PeopleCode., PeopleSoft configuration tables, permission lists, profiles, security, calendar setup and custom calendars.
Recent experience setting up and working with PeopleSoft on and off cycle process calendars.
Experience using PeopleSoft application engine scripts, scroll functionality, design panels and application messaging. This includes working with PeopleSoft Query, Data Mover and Import Manager functions.
Experience writing multiple reports using PeopleSoft reporting utilities.
3-5 years in SQL proficiency required (in addition to other areas)
Must have significant programming skills in at least 2-3 of the following PeopleSoft HRMS / Payroll / ELM / PeopleTools modules.

Preferred: BA/BS in computer science, PeopleSoft EPM module experience, , Oracle Developer, Java/J2EE
